At Manali Adventures, we strive to provide you with unforgettable and seamless travel experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, amendments, and refunds for our travel and tour services. By booking a trip with Manali Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

**1. Cancellations by You (The Customer)**

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing via email to support@manaliadventures.in or through the contact form on our Website. The date of receipt of your written cancellation request will be considered the date of cancellation.

The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated based on the total booking cost and the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date:

* 30 days or more prior to departure: 100% of the total booking cost will be refunded.

* Between 15 and 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the total booking cost will be refunded. *Between 7 and 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded.

* Less than 7 days prior to departure or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

Please Note:

*Specific tours or packages may have different cancellation policies due to agreements with hotels, transportation providers, or activity organizers. These specific policies will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking and will supersede the general policy outlined above.

*For bookings made during special offers or promotions, different cancellation terms may apply, which will be specified in the offer details.

*We are not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by you due to your cancellation, such as visa fees, flight tickets, or insurance premiums.

**2. Amendments by You (The Customer)**

Requests for amendments to your booking (e.g., changes in dates, number of participants, or accommodation) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@manaliadventures.in or through the contact form on our Website as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your amendment request, but we cannot guarantee its feasibility.

If the amendment is possible, you will be responsible for any additional costs arising from the changes, including but not limited to supplier charges, administrative fees, and differences in pricing.

Amendments made within 7 days of the departure date may not be possible or may be subject to significantly higher charges.

**3. Cancellations or Amendments by Manali Adventures**

While we make every effort to operate our tours as scheduled, Manali Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend a tour or package at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

*Natural disasters (e.g., landslides, floods, earthquakes).

*Political instability or unrest.

*Adverse weather conditions.

*Government regulations or travel advisories.

*Operational issues (e.g., unavailability of transportation or accommodation).

*Insufficient number of participants (for group tours).

In the event of a cancellation by Manali Adventures:

*We will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled tour or package.

  • An alternative tour or package of comparable value (subject to availability).

  • A credit note for the full amount paid, valid for future travel with Manali Adventures within a specified period.

*We will not be responsible for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by you due to our cancellation, such as visa fees, flight tickets, or insurance premiums.

In the event of a significant amendment by Manali Adventures (e.g., major changes to the itinerary, accommodation standards, or departure dates): We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the option to:

  • Accept the amended tour or package.

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected portion of the tour.

  • Accept an alternative tour or package of comparable value (subject to availability).

**4. Refunds**

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or confirmation of the refund.

  • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the booking.

  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We are not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may affect the refunded amount.

**5. No Refund for Partially Used Services**

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour or package once it has commenced, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, activities, or transportation.

**6. Travel Insurance**

We strongly recommend that all our customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of baggage, and other potential issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy adequately covers your needs.

**7. Force Majeure**

Manali Adventures shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, our liability is limited to the options outlined in Section 3 (Cancellations or Amendments by Manali Adventures).
